Quick Assist (included with Windows 10) enables us to quickly/easily remote-in and assist clients.
We pilot the machine together... making trouble-shooting, instruction, etc an easy process.
If you're running Windows 7, we can use Team Viewer.
For deeper trouble-shooting (requiring face-to-face communication), we can use any of the remote meeting applications.
If you need help swapping out a defective power-supply, RAM, CPU cooler, etc... we can be there "in the room" to assist.
